1. Discovery on the current intake and authorization workflow
2. Select one contained workflow to fix first
3. Configure the launch pack around that workflow
4. Train staff and go live with measured use
5. Review throughput, follow-up, and service-readiness outcomes

The goal is not a proof-of-concept demo. The goal is one live workflow that performs better than the current stack.
